Hi All,
First post! Recently received my 7.62 UW Bandoleer and I love it. Great craftsmanship, wonderful design, super materials. What's not to like? Well, just wondered if anyone has purchased two to wear at the same time? This would give you room for six magazines in a comfortable and accessible location.
Has anyone tried this arrangement? If so, how did it work out.
A special thanks to John for his wonderful customer service.

Two would be one too many for me. You might consider the bandoleer in conjunction with a chest rig.

Try asking Hawk for picture how this layout would look like. German soldiers carried their STG 44 Mags in similar fashion:

Man that would be slick. I love the STG44.

I've actually tried it. If your just running a carbine, it actually works pretty well.

Hmm. I just sent Hawkeye an email asking about PMAGS and Ranger floorplates fitting in the AR bandoleer pouches. I played around today with my battlebelt and my 7.62 bandoleer. I really liked the combination better than the battlebelt/chest rig/vest options I have. I did some shooting with my AR and used the 7.62 bandoleer (the fit was a little loose with PMAGS/Ranger plates but it worked ok).
I liked the combination so well, it may become my new course gear set up...if I can figuare out a way for a hydration pack on the belt or add suspenders/hydration pack to the belt set up.

if they are only a little loose in the 7.62 I wonder if they would fit well in the 5.45 since it is a little shorter.

I think that running two bandoleers when you dont have a sidearm, or zou have it somwhere else than belt, sould be hreat in situations when you need lot of ammo or when you need to look intimidating, sometimes rifle is not enough, but when packing 6 magazines at ready, it cleay shows that you mean bussines ;-) You can have your support gear in a backpack of some kind...

or get a belt and put some mag pouches on it. I certainly would consider a belt, but I'm waiting for UW Gear to come out with some belt pouches ;D ;D ;D
