How confident are you in your carbine performance… on demand? Perform cold drills at the start of every range session to give you the feedback you need to test and assess your current skill level. They are run completely cold, with no dry runs, no warmups. At all. These are not scenario based or tactics. They are strictly a cold pressure test of combined hard skills. They are Hit Factor scored, so the idea is to push yourself and push the speed and accuracy to see what you're capable of and to see where the wheels come off. HF scoring keeps you from turning this into a slow fire accuracy drill and also keeps you from running it blazing fast with no accountability. My focus is always aggressive shooting with accountability. Skills worked aside from basic fundamentals are explained in the video. My run was completed in a little over 63 seconds with 17 Alphas, 8 Charlies and 1 Delta. If you're spending a boatload of time trying to stack rounds and concern yourself only with accuracy, you're missing the point of these drills. These are meant to be run aggressively with urgency to instill a level of stress besides the physical. To push you out of your comfort zone. You don't get to dictate the parameters of the fight. You have no idea what your fight could look like. You don't get to say who, when, where, at what distance, duration, how many, or at your usual comfort zone speed. Get uncomfortable and challenge yourself. Visit my website for 10 Carbine Cold Drills and 10 Pistol Cold Drills. www.1stinasset.com
