Bought a veyr nice AR couple weeks ago to beat the Clinton rush Very nice brand.. but has an ambi selector.. Whats the point of those things the other side just digs into my right hand on the pistol grip whenever i actuate the safety. So... I have to overcome the resistance of my own hand being dug it. Annoying and useless. If I was a lefty I'd rather run a STAG or RRA Left-T

uwgear.proboards.com/thread/1295/ambidextrous-safetyI honestly don't know about it digging into people's hands because I am left handed. I may look at one of the ambidextrous safeties mentioned in that thread in the future, but for now I just use my thumb to flick the safety down and then swap it over to resume normal grip, sounds a lot more complicated than it is. It would be nice to be able to just flick the safety without moving my grip, but that's the curse of the southpaw.
