As prepared citizens, sometimes, there are circumstances under which we want/will want, to have our clothing in some camo pattern or another. Under other circumstances, we may not. However, there may be times when we want to be hard to see, as if we were wearing camo, but, for various reasons, cant or dont want to wear actual camo'd clothing.
Enter Coyote Brown. Coyote Brown has been one of Diz and I's favorite colors, for quite a few years now. It is a very neutral earth tone, that works in just about any environment. Its one reason we like gear in Coyote, as its versatility makes it compatible with many different camo patterns. I have heard/read folks say, that solid coyote gear is not a good idea though over camo'd clothing, as it just makes a big brown target. We beg to differ. Not only does it work well with camo patterns, it also works well just by itself.
We think that solid coyote clothing, is a very good option for when you want to be hard to see, and maintain and low profile, but without using a specific camo pattern. You can take a pair of coyote pants, and throw on a button up shirt, and looks no different than just plain casual clothing. Throw on a coyote top with a pair of jeans, and you get a similar look. Combine the two, and you really have an effective concealment aspect.
Right now, the only place we know of making Coyote BDU's is Tru-Spec via their TRU line. Thats what you see used in the below pics. I would REALLY love to see Tru-Spec make them in their Pro-G line. That would be perfect in my opinion as I like the style/cut of the Pro-G's and the use of buttons over velcro for most of the pockets. Hint Hint Tru-Spec....
Also used...Coyote Minuteman AK chest rig, Coyote Tactical Tailor MALICE pack and frame, Coyote SKD FDT Alpha gloves.
