Nice vid. Like the approach taken there Agreed. I could definitely consider this as a concept. I prefer reloads where my belt is, hence the bandoleer being a preference. Not a fan of chest rigs (traditional) because they're too heavy. But they do have their place. YMMV.

That particular rig only carries 4 rifle mags, and has room for 2 pistol mags, or flashlight and multitool, and two small GP pouches (by small I mean barely fit a 4" israeli bandage and maybe a CAT tourniquet beside it), so it doesn't get very heavy, like the 4-mag UW rigs don't get beyond reason in weight.
I've seen guys who like belt rigs use a small chest rig for extra ammo, reload from the belt and use the chest rig to replenish the belt, instead of the other way around.
I can see this being a good option, since for movement, humans move better with weight on the hip rather than the upper back/chest, so if you had to ditch gear to E&E fast, you could ditch the CR, and still have the belt kit (which would presumably also have your survival gear on it)
