Thought I could give an example of an easy to carry IFAK/BOK. -Self adhesive wrap -H&H compressed gauze -Hyfin vented chest seal, two pack -CAT -Pair of gloves This all fits in a quart sized freezer bag, which fits nicely into my left cargo pocket. I'm considering scaling it down by switching out the wrap and CAT for two SWAT-Ts; and swapping the Hyfin out for the compact version, that might fit in the ITS EDC pouch I have since there's rumors at work of not allowing us to wear cargoes soon. This is backed up by the rest of my EDC and can be supplemented by some things in the car or EDC bag. You may not be near your car or bag when an emergency happens

Nice and simple, yet complete for a BOK. Just my two cents, leave the CAT and add the SWAT-T for the wrap. That would allow one CAT for you and the SWAT-T for someone else (or you) if needed. I would keep the CAT for you as a first line as it is easier to self apply to an arm then the SWAT-T would be. Also, the ziplock bag can double as another chest seal if you have some tape.

Good point. I've got a SWAT-T coming in soon and I'll play with it then. There is tape in my EDC bag, but I want something on me because it's usually left in the car when we go out, that and after a few weeks that plastic bag doesn't make a good chest seal anymore

Lightweight, foldable and small so it should fit easily in your kit.
