Pretty good video. Kit contents can vary widely as due opinions. My kit is a bit different than yours, but like you mentioned, you need to know how to use the equipment in your kit. I will make one recommendation, based solely on what I saw in your video. That is all I have to base this on. Everyone has their own level of experience and do I. I make this recommendation as having be fortunate enough to attend the SOCM course and due to this training, I feel I have a pretty good grasp on trauma and emergency medicine. I also have some real world experience in having applied this training in the field, but I won't go into that. So, my recommendation... Please take your CAT TQ out of the package (they are waterproof unlike some of your other choice in your kit) and prepare it for one handed use. The instructions/directions for doing this are inside the package. If you ever really need to use this on someone, maybe even yourself (hence the one handed operation configuration), you don't want to be fooling around with a wrapper and then trying to set the TQ up while under stress and the patient in bleeding out enough to require a TQ. Just a suggestion. OK, I lied. I'll make two recommendations. Get an extra 'training' TQ and actually practice applying it, again, initially from the on handed configuration. Pour some baby oil over your hands to simulate some blood and practice using both hands, independently, one at a time, to apply the TQ to each of your other three appendages. I'm sure many (hopefully all) of us dry fire our weapons. I know some of Hawkeye's videos have mentioned dry firing our gear/equipment. I believe it also makes sense to dry fire our medical supplies and emergency procedures. Just my opinion. Take care, K

Great suggestions. That CAT tq is actually one of many I have in a large "squad" size med bag. It was new in wrap only because I was using it as an example, but that didn't come across clearly. Good suggestions though, for those following this thread.
